IT’S BASIC (2023)

Part of the Official Selection for Tribeca Film Festival and Winner of the Downtown L.A. Film Festival, IT’S BASIC is an intimate portrait of the participants in basic income pilot programs around the country. Framing the history and impacts of this antipoverty movement within the human stories of working Americans from all walks of life, the film delivers a message of hope and compassion. I edited this film, which was Directed by Marc Levin and Executive Produced by Michael Tubbs.
